For high value orders it is RECOMMENDED that you use the Registered Post (that includes up to $100 insurance). For orders of very high value it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use the Registered Post & Fully Insured option (that includes insurance to the value of the order). If you do not receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks of the Estimated Shipping Time, do not hesitate to contact us. We are not able to cover shipping damage on items that are not insured, however, we would like to know about any orders that are lost or damaged in the mail. If you receive an order that is insured and is damaged contact us immediately and we will take the issue up with Australia Post.
The maximum package size allowed using the available parcel sachets shipping methods is 5kg (including packaging material). If your order exceeds this limit it will be split into 2 or more packages. . Please note that multiple packages may not arrive to you on the same day.

Our return policy is simple - no questions asked - if you return an item it will be replaced or you will be refunded to the value of your returned item, which ever you prefer. However, shipping charges will not be refunded and refunds will only be given if the item is not damaged.
