Whirlpool: Azacca Talus

Dry Hop: Azacca Talus Mosaic

Kit contains:

• Approx 17.5L of Fresh Wort OG 1.064

• 1 x US-05 yeast satchel 11.5gm

• 2 x Dry hops 30gm packs (Talus Mosaic Azacca)

Add 2-3L of pre boil or bottled water to fermenter to desired gravtity.

3L addition = SG 1.055 and potential 5.8% ABV finish

2L addition = SG 1.058 and potential 6.3% ABV finish

No mashing or boiling required
