• Approx 17.0L of Fresh Wort OG 1.077

• 2 x US-05 yeast satchel 11.5gm

• 2 x Dry hops 30gm packs (Citra)

Boil Hops: Magnum Centennial Azacca Citra

Whirlpool: Citra

Dry Hop: Citra

Add 2-2.5L of pre boil or bottled water to fermenter to desired gravtity.

2.5L addition = SG 1.067 and potential 7.6% ABV finish

2L addition = SG 1.069 and potential 7.9% ABV finish
