Making fresh yoghurt and yoghurt cheese is easy when you use the Mad Millie Yoghurt DAIRY-FREE Culture. It contains 100 million probiotics bacteria cells per gram of yoghurt, for up to 3 days after being made. Each of the 5 sachets will culture up to 1-2 litres of milk each and the shelf life for this freeze-dried product is 8 months at room temperature.
